wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-06c61d3d\">Categories of personal data processed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the scope of the organization and execution of the Jornadas, only personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary is processed, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Common personal data:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identification data<\/strong>, such as first and last name;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact details<\/strong>, such as email address and, where applicable, telephone contact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professional or academic information<\/strong>, such as institutional affiliation or role performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Image and sound data<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photographs, video footage, and voice recordings captured during the Jornadas, in the context of participation in the event or intervention as a speaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Special category data (where applicable)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>health data<\/strong>, strictly limited to the voluntary indication of dietary restrictions or allergies, exclusively for the purpose of meal planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Data from special categories that are not strictly necessary for issuance of certificates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communications directly related to Jornadas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluation of the event through satisfaction surveys;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Institutional dissemination of Jornadas and its contents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-nv-light-bg-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-nv-light-bg-background-color Lawfulness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing of personal data within the scope of Jornadas is based on the following legal grounds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR<\/strong>, as it proves necessary for the exercise of functions of public interest by the FCT, namely in the organization, execution, institutional dissemination and evaluation of the Jornadas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR<\/strong>, when the collection and processing depend on the consent of the data subject, specifically for subscribing to newsletters and sharing data with institutional partners as independent controllers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Article 9, paragraph 2, point (a) of the GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 in the case of processing health data relating to dietary restrictions, with explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in satisfaction surveys is optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color purpose of institutional registration and dissemination of the event by FCCN, the digital services unit of FCT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants may exercise their right to object by contacting the organization on-site or the FCT Data Protection Officer. Whenever possible, appropriate measures will be taken to respect this objection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-nv-light-bg-color has-alpha-channel-opacity
